Return Period
Customers have a 30-day return window from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
How to Start a Return?

- Include your order number and specify which product you would like to return or exchange
- Attach clear photos of the item in its original condition and packaging
- Let us know whether you request a refund or an exchange
- Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in new condition
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Include a note indicating whether you request a refund or an exchange
Product-Specific Guidelines
Padel Rackets
- Rackets that have been used after purchase cannot be returned
- If the plastic wrap is removed from the grip, the racket is no longer considered new
Bags, Grips & Accessories
A full refund or exchange is possible if returned in new condition, with tags and original packaging
Padel Balls
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the balls are in a sealed, undamaged tube
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
Refund Processing
Once your return has been scanned by the courier, we will begin processing your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Life4Padel – Returns Policy
Important Return Conditions
- Product condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
- Pre-approval required: All returns must be requested via email before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return request via email: Please write to info@life4padel.com, include your order number, and attach a photo of the product in its original packaging.
- Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, except when the product is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please notify us within 30 days by emailing info@life4padel.com
- Attach a photo clearly showing the issue
- In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost, and offer either an exchange or a full refund, as you prefer
Other Return Reasons
If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a defect, that is also possible. In such cases:
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging
- The cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer
