1. Scope

(hereinafter referred to as “Life4Padel” or “Provider”).

The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between Life4Padel and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order. Any deviating terms and conditions from the customer are not accepted.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Product descriptions in the webshop do not constitute binding offers from Life4Padel but serve as an invitation for the customer to submit a binding purchase offer.

2.3 Minors may only place an order with the consent of their legal guardian.

2.4 By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract comes into effect when:

• Life4Padel confirms the order by e-mail, or
• Life4Padel ships the ordered goods, or
• Life4Padel requests payment after the order has been placed.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, without providing reasons, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

3.1 Instructions on Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail):

It is sufficient that the withdrawal notice is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

3.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof of having sent back the goods.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day of withdrawal notice.
• The costs of return shipping are borne by Life4Padel.
• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3.3 Sample Withdrawal Form

You may use the statutory sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

4. Delivery

4.1 Customers will be notified by e-mail when the order is shipped. In some cases (e.g. stock shortage, bulk orders), delivery may take up to 15 business days after receipt of payment.

4.2 If a product is not available at the time of order, the customer will be informed. If the delivery delay exceeds two weeks, the customer is entitled to cancel the order.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Life4Padel until full payment has been received. If third parties claim access to goods under retention of title (e.g. seizure), the customer must immediately notify Life4Padel.

6. Prices and Shipping Costs

6.1 All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT according to applicable law. Shipping costs depend on the order value and destination. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping.

7. Payment Methods

Life4Padel accepts the following payment methods:

• Stripe
• Google Pay
• Link Payment

Orders are processed after full payment has been received (prepayment).

8. Warranty and Guarantee

8.1 Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under Hungarian civil law.

8.2 Guarantee applies only if explicitly stated in the product description.

8.3 The limitation period for consumer claims is 24 months from delivery.

9. Liability

Life4Padel is fully liable:

• for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence,
• for injury to life, body, or health,
• for obligations under product liability laws.

In other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Hungarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11.2 In case of legal disputes, the competent court is the Debrecen District Court, Hungary.
