1. Scope:
The online store www.life4padel.com is owned and operated by Life4Padel e.v. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to all contracts concluded between Life4Padel and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) via the webshop or through electronic means.
2. Contract Formation:
The display of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Life4Padel confirms the order electronically or starts the shipping process.
3. Right of Withdrawal:
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification. Withdrawal must be communicated via email to info@life4padel.com. The product must be returned in its original condition, with labels and packaging intact. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
4. Shipping:
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. For European deliveries, shipping times may vary by country but do not exceed 5 business days.
5. Prices and Payment:
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (where applicable). Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and in some countries, Klarna may also be available.
6. Retention of Title:
Delivered goods remain the property of Life4Padel until full payment has been received.
7. Liability:
Life4Padel is not liable for any damages resulting from force majeure, improper use, or third-party errors.
8. Data Protection:
Life4Padel handles user data in accordance with the applicable EU GDPR regulations. A detailed Privacy Policy is available on our website.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a legal dispute, the parties may turn to courts in Hungary and/or within the European Union with appropriate jurisdiction.
10. General Provisions and Modification of the Terms:
Life4Padel reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current and valid version is always available on the website. By using the website and placing an order, the Customer automatically accepts the Terms in effect at that time.
If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11. Use of Gift Cards:
11.1 Gift cards offered by Life4Padel can be purchased online and are redeemable exclusively on www.life4padel.com.
11.2 The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the card’s value cannot be used or refunded.
11.3 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. Life4Padel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and the balance cannot be replaced.
11.4 The value of a gift card may be used across multiple purchases until the full balance has been spent. If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
11.5 When using a gift card, the same purchase, return, and withdrawal policies apply as with any other payment method.
